I’m proud to work at Santander, which genuinely recognises the importance of getting it right for customers and how vital it is that we put them at the heart of what we do. We want to be innovative in the way we approach our customer’s challenges and we want to ensure that the level of service we provide is what our customers would expect and beyond. When we had the opportunity to have a full day workshop, as a team, to challenge ourselves on how we can think differently to innovate and deliver for our customers, I immediately thought of Simon.
I have attended longer Think Works’ programmes as well as workshops and speeches and the quality of delivery is the best I have seen.
The audience is engaged from start to finish, sees the clear links to the challenges we want to overcome and gains the knowledge to apply towards them. Many things are simple but not necessarily easy. Customer excellence is one of those things; simple in concept but not always easy to make happen. Simon has helped us to ensure we make it easier for our people and in turn our customers.
Simon’s work in helping us understand how we can provide that level of service to our clients reflects in the level of service Think Works offer to theirs – I felt very confident we were providing our people with the best tools and knowledge available.
