His work in teaching the mental skills required to perform on any given day is second to none. His ability to deliver concepts in a way that everyone, from trainees at 15 years of age to coaches with over 15 years in the game, can both understand and genuinely relate to, is vital in them applying it day to day. His work with us as leaders, including psychometric profiling of the players, takes away the jargon and gets straight to the point of how we get the best out of the individual.
