Simon delivered the training to the Management Board who were extremely impressed with the course material as well as with Simon’s exceptional delivery.

We have attended many trainings, all of which tend to blur into one another, but Simon moved the dial in that he was able to unpack the origin of the patterns of our behavior and enable us to understand these, as well as providing tools on how to create new pathways to improved, more beneficial behaviours, and hence, more positive and productive outcomes.

Within a week, we as a Board had agreed that the full organisation should be empowered with this training and the associated tools. The programme is now being used as the foundation to build a high performance organisation.
