Simon was introduced to Hotwire a couple of years ago now, working with the global leadership team to help them further develop their skills and behaviours to drive high performance. Following the success of the initial sessions we have gone on to roll out his training to our remaining senior management team, partner network and finally to our entire global business at our annual ‘bootcamp’ consisting of more than 200 people from 19 countries.
