Profiling
In order to know where we are going, we must first know where we are…
There are many different profiling tools that can be useful in supplementing a development programme, or indeed as a stand alone activity. Different tools are useful in a number of ways…
Profiling tools such as 360 or behavioural psychometrics are an incredible development tool when used well. They are a hugely powerful in behavioural change, team dynamics, leadership, recruitment, succession planning, and more. They allow us to formulate action plans, raise awareness of strengths and development areas and can allow us to focus upon areas that individuals and teams must work upon as part of a performance review process.
We use a variety of tools from behavioural psychometrics, mental toughness questionnaires and 360 profiling – all of which we are fully certified to administer and use.
More and more organisations demand that their programmes deliver a measurable impact upon participants. Behavioural development can be measured through 360 profiling. Think Works’ tool is totally flexible to adapt and measure the specific behaviours and/or objectives of a development programme.
Using a 360 tool that is quick and easy to complete (online, anonymous and automated), the results can be fed into participant’s action plans. Particular areas of development can then be ‘pulse’ tested at future intervals to measure progress over time ensuring any programme has the desired effect.
