At PepsiCo we want to continue to build a culture of innovation and constant improvement in the way we operate and interact with each other. Thinking creatively and driving innovation are often misunderstood as skills and not used as extensively or as impactfully as they could be day to day. Simon worked with our European Capability leads to develop their understanding of how to drive innovation into everything they do and how to work with others to do the same as key influencers across the region.
From the initial conference to the webinar follow up, the sessions were informative and inspirational, taking people deeply into the mechanisms of how we think, in order to truly understand how we can leverage this information day to day. People left with knowledge and understanding as well as a flexible process to follow.
