We asked Simon to get on board and work with us in developing a high performance team across the entire community of 150. We focused on concepts such as real authentic trust, influence, and the impact that our beliefs and perceptions have on how we interact with the world and those around us. The messages always tie together brilliantly and make real sense of a large body of information that is out there. There were no gimmicks like trust falls or boats to build.
Whilst the delivery of learning and the concepts taught have been superb. Its the follow up and online resources that I want to highlight especially. The materials created and the flexibility in working with us over the last 12 months to deliver sustainability to our team has been paramount in helping to take the learning further and deeper. That continuity has shown us all that these concepts must be part of our everyday thinking and therefore our everyday behaviour. They enable us to keep the learning front of mind.
